REGULAR MEETING

PRESENT WERE: Chris Kerr, Steven Ross and Alternate Don Willis seated for Harold Thompson.
Acting Chair Chris Kerr called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
REGULAR MEETING
Petition to Amend the Zoning Regulations – Section 3 – Pertains to Animal Shelter
The Commission reviewed and discussed the proposed referral from the Zoning Commission to add the definition of “Animal Shelter” to Section 3 of the Old Lyme Zoning Regulations.
Chris Kerr made a motion to recommend the approval of the proposed amendment to the Old Lyme Zoning Regulations. Steven Ross seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
CONSIDERATION AND DECISION ON WPCA & BOARD OF SELECTMEN ACTION FOR TOWN AND BEACH ASSOCIATION SEWER CONNECTION TO NEW LONDON REGIONAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT.
The commission reviewed a letter drafted by Attorney Cassella on behalf of the Planning Commission. The commission suggested proposed revisions. No action was taken.
READING AND APPROVAL OF THE OCTOBER SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
The commission tabled any action to their next Regular Scheduled Meeting.
